引导生物膜疗法（Guided Biofilm Therapy，简称GBT）是一种全新的牙齿清洁系统，具有系统化的治疗步骤，重点在于去除牙菌斑或生物膜。在清洁过程中，会结合使用airflow 配合去除牙齿表面的牙结石。airflow通过水压、空气和清洁粉末的喷射，帮助去除牙齿表面的生物膜或菌斑，不会破坏牙釉质。GBT Airflow设备通过含有14微米细度的抛光粉，提高清洁效率，能更有效地去除顽固的牙渍，比传统的牙结石刮除方法更彻底，尤其适用于清除烟渍、茶渍、咖啡渍以及牙菌斑和牙结石，达到干净彻底的效果。

“更干净” GBT方案会染色牙菌斑，使隐藏的菌斑肉眼可见。染色的菌斑帮助患者了解过去1-2天内未清洁干净的区域。治疗结束后，染色菌斑会被完全去除，确保这次牙齿清洁是真正彻底的。

<h2>GBT Airflow的治疗步骤</h2>
1. 见医生进行详细的牙齿健康检查
1.1 进行X光检查筛查，牙医会通过X光片检查牙齿健康状况，并评估是否适合进行GBT Airflow清洁，或需先治疗其他口腔问题。如果X光显示有牙龈疾病、智齿或其他问题，可能会导致牙龈疼痛、肿胀和炎症，比口腔健康正常者更明显。但如果仅发现牙结石，且牙齿和牙龈健康，无口腔或牙龈病变，则可无痛进行清洁。
（医生补充说明：建议先做X光检查，是因为泰国人骨骼结构及其他因素导致牙龈疾病发病率高于外国人，且常无明显症状，X光检查有助于发现潜在问题，指导后续牙科治疗。）

2. 染色口腔内的牙菌斑，使菌斑积聚部位更明显，方便牙医向患者解释口腔问题。此阶段牙医会检查牙齿是否健康或有龋齿风险，并指导正确的口腔护理方法。（研究显示，95%的口腔问题如龋齿、牙龈炎、牙周炎均由菌斑积聚引起）

3. 使用GBT Airflow设备的特殊喷头进行牙齿清洁，喷射水、空气和14微米的超细抛光粉，去除染色后的顽固菌斑。Airflow能彻底清洁牙缝和牙槽沟，喷射深度可达牙龈上方和下方9毫米。Airflow粉末基于赤藓糖醇（Erythritol），人体可在24小时内自行代谢，易溶于水，不损伤牙齿表面，也不会在牙齿或各种材料表面（如补牙材料、牙冠、种植体、矫正器）留下痕迹。

4. 使用洁治器刮除牙结石，去除附着在牙齿表面及牙龈下的牙结石和唾液石。

5. 牙医进行再次清洁和检查，确保彻底清除所有污渍。
