Assist. Prof. Dr. Chanchai Wongchuensoontorn, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Phyathai Phaholyothin Hospital, has a keen interest in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He decided to pursue this field directly by studying at the University Hospital Freiburg, Freiburg, Germany, and later completed a doctorate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Dr. Med in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) at Albert-Ludwigs University, Freiburg, Germany. He then returned to Thailand to further develop the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. 

Currently, Dr. Chanchai has over 10 years of expertise in facial structure modification through bone surgery on the facial skeleton and jaw, including surgeries for cheekbones, jaw reduction, jaw repositioning, chin surgeries, as well as forehead, cheek, and chin augmentations. With his dual qualifications as both a medical doctor and a dentist, he is able to treat patients in all forms of oral and maxillofacial care. 

Dr. Chanchai will conduct a thorough examination and diagnosis, working in collaboration with orthodontists and relevant dental specialists for each individual patient.
