Good oral health leads to a better quality of life
In terms of appearance, confidence, a beautiful smile, freedom from pain, and good nutrition.

The spirit of a “Dentist” passed down through generations

Since childhood, Dr. Thool often heard stories and experiences from his mother, who was a dentist. These stories helped him understand how dental problems can significantly disrupt daily life. However, after receiving treatment, patients often experience improved quality of life. This realization made him see dentistry as a meaningful profession—one that helps people and boosts their confidence. It was at that point he saw the happiness this career could bring and chose to dedicate his life to it.

In his early cases, he admits feeling nervous and worried about causing patients pain. But every time a patient recovered and no longer had to endure discomfort, it brought him joy and fulfillment.

“I see the patient’s mouth as their home. Just like we keep our own homes clean and free from germs, we feel happier. When we treat our patients with sincerity, we earn their trust. When patients keep returning, and most importantly say things like ‘It’s better now,’ or ‘The pain is gone,’—those words inspire me to keep improving my care.”

Using experience to enhance treatment and service

With over 5 years of experience treating patients of all ages—around 2,000 patients per year— Dr. Thool has encountered a wide variety of cases. Some patients come in pain, while others come simply for a routine check-up or to maintain their dental health. As such, each patient requires a tailored approach to care.

Offering genuine care: “Putting yourself in the patient’s shoes”

“When treating patients, I focus on their individual needs and recommend a suitable treatment plan. Some require more explanation. I strive to understand each person to help them feel confident in the care they receive.”

Some patients are afraid—afraid of dentists, of pain, of the sound of dental tools, or the sensation of tooth sensitivity. Dr. Thool uses a gentle, step-by-step approach to help them feel at ease. Others may have multiple oral health issues that need addressing, so he helps them prioritize treatments based on urgency and what they can manage. If something can wait, he gives them time to prepare. But he never ignores problems—when action is necessary, he explains why, clearly and directly.

“If there’s swelling, significant inflammation, or a risk of infection spreading into the bloodstream, I explain this with straightforward reasons. I clarify what can and cannot be done, what’s necessary and what isn’t. My goal is always successful treatment, and it brings me joy every time a patient returns. Even more so when a new patient says, ‘A friend recommended you.’”

A message for everyone

Visiting the dentist every six months is crucial—not only for professional teeth cleaning (scaling) but also for comprehensive oral health check-ups. Oral health can change at any time. Early detection helps prevent issues from developing or worsening. Even if a problem is found, timely treatment can stop it from progressing further.
