A simple message is that Vitamin C and E has their role in destroying free radicals which are initial causative factors of diseases related to cellular inflammation. Doctors recommend taking vitamin E for about 200-400 IU per day.

Vitamin E has the ability to help protect collagen from being damaged by free radicals, whereas vitamin C increases cell wall’s integrity.
