<p>After delivery, mothers often experience anemia due to some blood loss during childbirth, whether a little or a lot. Therefore, in the postpartum period, doctors usually recommend mothers to take iron supplements for at least 1 month to help the body return to normal quickly.</p>

<p>Depression, also known as Postpartum Blues, usually occurs during the first week after delivery for unknown reasons. This symptom will gradually disappear within 2-3 days. This depression may cause various uncomfortable feelings from childbirth, excitement and fear about pregnancy and delivery, fatigue from childbirth, or worries about child care. Some may also worry about their appearance. Therefore, mothers should prepare themselves to cope with these conditions to easily control or resolve them.</p>
<p>Husbands should also help by trying to understand their wife’s emotions and physical health and provide special care, as well as help share the burden of child care, which will help alleviate the problem.</p>
