<li>Adjust the brightness of the computer screen to avoid excessive glare.</li>
<li>Maintain a distance of about 40-50 cm between the computer screen and the eyes, and the center of the computer screen should be lower than eye level.</li>
<li>Wear computer screen filter glasses to reduce light entering the eyes, making them feel more comfortable.</li>
