<li>Let try to do something that you never do before, as your life travel so long to the golden age of life, so you should try to the new activities. This is the best idea to make you to be proud of yourself. Then, you will be very happy with your life; your depression will be replaced by your happiness which will improve your mental health.</li>
<li>A little exercise every day, your mind will be brighter. Let’s try to move or exercise regularly, your body will be strong. Anyway, do not do it overload; otherwise, you may get injured.
