<li>Mild pain Pain score level (1-7 points). If the pain is caused by body movement or activities in improper postures, such as lifting heavy objects or slipping and falling, most cases can be improved with medication or heal on their own within 3-5 days. However, if the pain does not improve, you should see a doctor for proper examination and treatment.</li>
<li>Severe pain Pain score level (8-10 points). This group of pain occurs suddenly, is severe, and greatly affects daily life. Causes may include aortic aneurysm, conditions related to the digestive system, kidney stones, or bone-related conditions such as vertebral collapse or herniated discs.</li>

<ul>
<li>Sudden severe pain that is abnormal and has never been experienced before. Causes may include aortic aneurysm, herniated disc compressing or tearing nerves, or vertebral collapse.</li>
<li>Pain that interferes with daily activities (getting up, sitting, standing, walking). If the pain can be managed with medication and improves within 3-5 days, it is usually not serious. However, if it persists beyond that without improvement, you should see a doctor for proper treatment.</li>
<li>Symptoms of numbness, weakness, inability to move the body, interfering with daily life. You should see a doctor immediately.</li>

</h2>
The doctor will take the patient’s history, such as the level of pain and whether it has occurred before. If the pain is sudden and severe, the doctor may suspect an abdominal aortic aneurysm. The doctor will perform an ultrasound or CT scan to find the cause of the pain. If the patient has pain radiating down the leg, which may be related to bone or herniated disc compressing nerves, or has a history of trauma, an MRI may be performed to accurately diagnose the cause of the symptoms.

The doctor will diagnose the correct cause of the disease and classify the severity of the symptoms to select the appropriate treatment method. After treatment improves the symptoms, physical therapy should be done to help relieve symptoms, strengthen the muscular system, and prevent recurrence.

Additionally, regular exercise is recommended to strengthen muscles and bones. If symptoms occur, do not ignore them for a long time as they may become chronic and difficult to treat.
If you notice abnormal symptoms from severe pain, you should see a doctor immediately. Do not delay, as severe pain that limits movement, especially in the elderly, may lead to pressure ulcers and serious complications.
