Therefore, vitamins should be taken in appropriate amounts, avoiding overdosing.

Blood test values, liver and kidney function, blood cells, lipid profiles, X-ray results, or ultrasound findings, when compared with previous check-ups, can show whether the changes we made have improved our health or not, or if we are on the right track. Conversely, without monitoring, we cannot know if what we are doing benefits or harms our body. Therefore, health check-ups are essential for monitoring the body and planning a proper lifestyle.
Deep understanding… with detailed hormone and vitamin testing
Besides general health check-ups, there are now programs for in-depth testing to check various hormone levels, including sex hormones and stress hormones, as well as important vitamin levels such as vitamin D or vitamin B12.
