Mr. Yutthachai took his father for an annual health check-up with a detailed coronary artery disease screening, which included a calcium scan of the coronary arteries. They found three narrowed coronary arteries, with one artery narrowed by more than 75%, which is considered dangerous. The doctor recommended urgent balloon angioplasty on one artery on the same day as the diagnosis.
