Phyathai Hospital Group and Paolo Hospital Group have pioneered comprehensive health care to enhance organizational capacity in caring for employees’ health and reducing risks of occupational and lifestyle-related diseases. This is done by introducing a health care method called Let’s Get Healthy! (LGH) Thailand Application, developed by BDMS in collaboration with OHSU, for corporate clients and employees to raise awareness of their physical and mental health risks. It also provides organizations with an overview of employee health status through Health Productivity Management (HPM) Reports, which help design appropriate employee health care, manage health care costs, and improve organizational productivity, as well as foster a sustainable culture of good health within the organization.
Analysis: Data from general health check-ups and occupational health are analyzed individually and statistically for organizations to identify problems and collaboratively find health promotion strategies both individually and organizationally. This aims to prevent chronic diseases, improve health from chronic conditions, reduce complication risks, lower medical expenses for employees and organizations, and increase productivity.
Adaptation: Develops models to change attitudes and behaviors for better health in at-risk groups.
The Phyathai Hospital Group and Paolo Hospital Group have established the Health up team to promote employee health awareness and lifestyle changes beneficial to at-risk employees. This multidisciplinary team includes occupational medicine specialists, occupational health nurses, human resources, physical therapists, various medical specialists, and marketing staff. They design diverse health development programs tailored to specific health issues for maximum effectiveness, such as disease-specific programs, individual-specific programs, and occupation-specific programs.
Acknowledges: Academic research is conducted to support occupational medicine operations and build confidence in corporate organizations, with referenced academic studies.
