Our body is like a car that needs to be checked, maintained, and repaired promptly before disease symptoms worsen or become severe. Therefore, health check-ups are essential to help us

  1. Know our health status—whether it is complete, deficient, or at risk compared to gender, age, and occupation
  2. Serve as preventive health care. Early detection, treatment, or prevention can reduce losses in terms of physical health, mental health, time, and finances
  3. Provide guidance to improve quality of life in terms of health, how to adjust appropriately for good health, longevity, and reduce family and economic problems for oneself and family

Recommendations for Convenience in Using Services and Preparation Before Check-up

  1. Patients are requested to refrain from drinking water, food, and all kinds of beverages at least 8-10 hours before the health check-up
  2. For appointments, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time
  3. Please bring your previous health check-up results, medical reports, or other health history you have for the doctor’s diagnosis
  4. For exercise stress tests, please wear comfortable clothes and bring running shoes or sports shoes

*Those who choose fasting check-up programs should come for the check-up from 7:30 AM to prevent dehydration or hunger symptoms
