Education and Inspiration 

After graduating with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Dr. Piyachat pursued specialized studies in Dermatology at the Institute of Dermatology, as well as in other fields. She shared her inspiration and educational journey: 

“I’ve always been interested in skin health, so I decided to specialize in dermatology at the Institute of Dermatology. Later, I expanded my knowledge in the field by studying at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in the United States. I then returned to Thailand for further training in Dermatologic Surgery and Laser Dermatology at the Institute of Dermatology and Ramathibodi Hospital. These experiences helped deepen my expertise and skills in using advanced technology and innovations in skincare.” 

Treating skin diseases and enhancing skin aesthetics 

Dr. Piyachat primarily treats patients with skin conditions such as acne, melasma, freckles, moles, birthmarks, and those seeking aesthetic skin improvements. She is skilled in applying advanced dermatological technologies, including: 

• Botulinum toxin (Botox) for skin lifting and tightening 
• Filler injections for facial contouring 
• Facial treatments for reducing wrinkles and fine lines 
• Laser therapy to rejuvenate and smooth the skin 

“In every treatment or procedure, I give patients the freedom to choose, while clearly explaining the pros and cons of each method. For skin conditions, I make sure to explain the root cause of the issue before starting the treatment process. I also outline the steps involved, so patients have a clear and accurate understanding of how to care for themselves at home.”
