<div>Before starting vertebroplasty, the doctor will administer pain relief medication… but some cases may require general anesthesia, depending on how long the patient can tolerate lying face down.</div>

<div>After the patient lies face down on the operating table, the doctor will use X-ray fluoroscopy to precisely locate the injection site. Once the needle is inserted into the vertebra, a radiopaque contrast agent is injected to help verify the safety of the cement injection site… to check if there is a risk of cement leakage pressing on the spinal cord. After confirming the correct and appropriate injection site, the doctor will inject the cement into the vertebra while continuously monitoring the procedure on the X-ray screen.</div>
