Psychotherapy: For patients with stress-induced headaches, they should be treated by psychotherapy and a program to modify their sub-conscious. This is divided into 2 cases as follows:

<li>Treatment on the sub-conscious level: When you repeatedly ruminate about negative thoughts in the brain to the point that you have chronic stress, affect your sleep pattern, being easily upset and having relationship problems with other people, it is necessary to pursue “mind-reprogramming”, that is, to eliminate existing ways of thinking and replacing them with positive thoughts instead.</li>
