Going to the supermarket or fresh market to buy a large amount of household items and food, which requires regularly carrying heavy objects, can also increase the risk of trigger finger. If combined with chat addiction, it may accelerate the onset of trigger finger symptoms. It is mostly found in women more than men and tends to occur in people aged 40-60 years.
