General Health Checkup Recommendations

1. Fasting Before Checkup: Please refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-12 hours before your health checkup. If undergoing an upper GI series (esophagography), avoid all food and drink.

2. Sample Collection: Stool and urine samples will be collected on the day of your scheduled health checkup.

3. Medical History: Bring any previous medical reports or health history documents for the doctor’s reference during the checkup.

 

 

Recommendations for Exercise Stress Test

1. Appropriate Attire: Wear comfortable clothing and bring running shoes or sports shoes.

2. Light Snacks: If you need to eat before the test, opt for light snacks. Avoid high-fat foods, caffeine, or alcohol.

3. Medication Notification: Inform the nurse if you are undergoing any medical treatment or taking medication.

4. Symptom Reporting: Notify the nurse if you experience chest pain or breathing difficulties before the test.

 

 

Abdominal Ultrasound Recommendations

  • Hydration and Urination: Drink water and avoid urinating before the test to ensure better results.
