The service has the capability to diagnose, treat, and monitor the patient’s condition using modern medical equipment and technology under the experience of a team of specialized critical care physicians, along with a team of nurses specialized in intensive care, coordinating effectively with specialists in other fields according to the patient’s critical illness condition.
Services
Care for critically ill patients in all systems. The intensive care unit can provide care and monitor treatment for patients who require special procedures such as catheter insertion to measure blood pressure, catheter insertion for dialysis, and patients who need life-support equipment such as ventilators, pacemakers, etc.
Accepting transfer of critically ill patients from other medical facilities. Critical care specialists will consult with emergency department physicians and patient transport teams, coordinating with specialists according to the patient’s condition to plan and prepare for patient transfer, including readiness of doctors and nurses to receive the patient at the department, as well as all necessary equipment such as ventilators and dialysis machines before the patient arrives to ensure the highest safety.
