On August 8-9, 2017, the Nursing Department of Phyathai 1 Hospital organized the 2nd employee orientation for staff who started working from June to August 2017. They were warmly welcomed by the nursing management team, led by the Director of Nursing, Nurse Benjawan Sukruen. The event included lectures on important topics necessary for work, such as Infection Control System, Quality and Risk System, Basic Life Support, Medication Safety Policy, Pain Management, Nursing Process &amp; Nursing Documentation and Communication, and various systems used such as EMAR, Pharmacy Online, Trendcare, SSB, etc. Additionally, there were knowledge assessments and practical exercises on some topics, with a warm and friendly Q&#038;A session. 
The Nursing Department of Phyathai 1 Hospital is pleased to welcome new members to join the quality team and continue to develop the organization forward.
