&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; On September 17, 2017, Phyathai 3 Hospital organized a seminar activity “Quality Pregnancy” 2nd session for September 2017 (Morning Workshop) Activities included preparation for breastfeeding and techniques to conquer breastfeeding, proper baby latching and breastfeeding positions, baby bathing instruction from the breastfeeding consultant team and Nursery nurses at Phyathai 3 Hospital. The afternoon pregnancy seminar activity featured the honor of Dr. Pranee Chalermchokcharoenkij, Obstetrician-Gynecologist at the Women’s Health Center, Phyathai 3 Hospital, presenting on how to prepare for delivery day and abnormal symptoms that require immediate hospital visit, differences between natural delivery and cesarean section. The next topic was presented by Dr. Nattawan Jaruworapolkul, Pediatrician specializing in child development and behavior, Children’s Health Center, Phyathai 3 Hospital, who lectured on “Child development begins in the womb” and participated in Q&#038;A. Additionally, there was a topic on “Postpartum care” by Ms. Chantima Saetan, Specialist Nurse, Ward 7, Phyathai 3 Hospital, who also joined the Q&#038;A session. There was also a sponsor booth providing knowledge to parents along with a video tour of the Women’s Health Center, delivery room, nursery, postpartum room, breastfeeding clinic, and Children’s Health Center. After this event, we believe everyone can become skilled parents who can easily apply the valuable knowledge and tips provided by Phyathai 3 Hospital into daily life.
