On February 19th, Dr. Korakot Chalayondecha, Director of Phayathai 1 Hospital, led the management team to present certificates and awards to departments and personnel dedicated to their duties as encouragement and morale boosters during the event “Management Meets Employees 2018.” The details are as follows:
 
1. Excellent Quality Development Activity Awards include the project “Save Time Save Life, Shortening Treatment Time to Save Lives” from the Stroke Center, the project “Boutique TACE, Only Here” from the Pharmacy Department, the project “Pillow Pillow” from the Anesthesia Department, and the project “Final Tribute, Sending Hearts to Heaven” from the Administration Unit. 

2. Excellent Satisfaction Score Awards include the Cardiology Inpatient Department (Ward 8 AD), the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic, and the Stroke Critical Care Unit (ASU).
3. Outstanding Leap in Satisfaction Score Awards include the Dentistry Department, the Gastroenterology Inpatient Department (Ward 5 AD), and the Telephone Reception Unit. 

4. Excellent KPI Awards include the Dentistry Department, the Dermatology and Beauty Outpatient Clinic, and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). 

5. Excellent Infection Control Awards include the Neurology Inpatient Department (Ward 6 AD), the Neonatal Clinic (NSY), and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). 

6. Excellent Self-Report Awards include the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the Emergency and Ambulance Department (ER), and the Customer Relations Department.
7. Outstanding Employee Commendation Awards include Ms. Nataya Satthanan, Inpatient Finance Officer; Mr. Rittakorn Nontachai, Inpatient Finance Officer; and Mr. Thanathat Kaewruang, Customer Relations Officer.
