What is palpitation
When there are palpitation and intensive heart beating including chest pain. For that particular conditions, sometimes people  may not notice risks of heart diseases as well.

 

 

 

Why there are symptoms of palpitation

 

In fact, the symptom can be caused by many reasons such as ;

 

 

 

• Palpitation with the abnormal heartbeat.

 

• Palpitation and association of other symptoms such as dizziness, faint, syncope, sore throat, chest pain or feeling more exhausted than usual. Which may indicate a severe heart disease in a person, should go see doctors as soon as possible.

 

• An acute palpitation which is not caused by an excess body movement including being able to heal. Accordingly, doctors often distinguish between 2 symptoms with and without palpitations.

 

• Palpitation with irregular heart rhythm.

 

• Palpitation in patients who already have heart disease, such as those who have had myocardial infarction, heart failure, congenital abnormal heart

 

• Palpitation symptoms in patients which have a family history or members die of heart disease prematurely.

 

 

Sometimes the heart beat is very fast may cause chest pain, shortness of breath, tiredness or dizziness. Sometimes the heart beating is too quick to control and support blood pressure. Causing faint and if symptoms occur while standing still and stop immediately. Which can not be correlated with dizziness, faint due to it may be caused by abnormal electrical heart. In a case if there is a stress from exercise. Usually, the beat can be raised  and gradually slow.

 

 

However, rapid heart failure may not due to heart disease. But may be caused by others such as thyrotoxicosis, anemia, dehydration, and diarrhea or blood loss. After being treated, a heart condition will return to normal without a use of antiarrhythmic drugs.

 

 

 

Treatment

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Physical examination such as lungs x-rays and cardiac including cardiac electrocardiogram to help diagnose the disease  Or lead to the delivery of additional special examination appropriately .

 

• Patients with suspicion of having angina, torn cardiac muscle .Your doctor must provide a pulse examination by running or walking.

 

• Patients with suspicion of having a heart disorders such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (hcm), enlarged heart, mitral stenosis, ventricular septal defect (VSD) and dressler syndrome. Later, doctor will provides Ecohocardigraphy accordingly.

 

 

 

In addition, the treatment depends on whether there is a cardiac problem or not. If there is then what type of diseases and where it occurs and what a cause is the heart or any organ accordingly. An important treatments is to cure as following cases such as cardiovascular disease, besides providing a medication treatment. If the artery is very narrow may need to be treated with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, such as balloon angioplasty or assess to the vessels by using stent.

• Exhaustion due to sleep.

 

• Dehydration

 

• Illness from diseases such as toxic thyroid. Or overwork

 

• Some drugs.

 

 

 

Protection

 

 

 

The self- prevention from  heart diseases is always keep your body healthy. Consume foods which are beneficial to the body, be happy, reduce stress, avoid smoking. Including avoid alcoholic beverages. In addition, exercise regularly. And if there are abnormal symptoms then go to see a doctor.
