A center that provides consultation services in all aspects with a focus on health for all service recipients at every level, by a team of professional nurses. There is no charge at all, whether by phone or in person. Health consultation services are provided by nurses trained in various courses such as training on diabetes education (from the Diabetes Association or the Diabetes Educators Association) and foot care for diabetic patients, among others. Consultations or advice use modern information systems to provide services, emphasizing that service recipients gain knowledge about the disease, self-care, and can plan self-care appropriately according to each individual’s lifestyle. Follow-up on the advice is conducted periodically, providing additional information on areas that have not been fully implemented, and working with patients and relatives to find causes and solutions in case of problems with that disease or other diseases.
