- Enter the OTP code and press Next
After receiving the OTP code via SMS, enter the code in the designated field and press “Next” to continue.
- Select a hospital
On the main page of the app, select the hospital where you want to receive services. There are several hospitals in the Phyathai – Paolo network to choose from according to your convenience.
- Choose the hospital you want to receive services from
You can select the hospital you want from the list displayed in the app, such as Phyathai Hospital, Paolo Hospital, etc.
- Select the clinic you want to consult
After selecting the hospital, choose the specialty clinic you want to consult, such as Internal Medicine Clinic, Cardiology Clinic, or Surgery Clinic, etc.
- Consult a doctor immediately or make an appointment
You can choose to consult a doctor immediately or schedule an appointment in advance. Options are available for your convenience.
- Select date and time
If you choose to make an appointment, select the date and time that are convenient for you.
- Wait for appointment confirmation
After completing the appointment, the system will send you a confirmation. Wait for the notification to receive services on the scheduled date and time.
