<li>Keep emergency phone numbers close by, such as 191, Narenthorn Rescue Center 1669, JS100 1137, the hospital where you receive antenatal care, or your obstetrician’s number. Contact your husband or relatives only after calling the above numbers.</li>
<li>If your amniotic fluid starts leaking from the vagina, prepare to go to the hospital immediately with the above documents.</li>
