<li>Bend your wrist down as far as possible and hold for 5 seconds, then bend your wrist up as far as possible and hold for another 5 seconds. Repeat alternating back and forth 10 times.</li>
<li>Turn your palm up, make a fist, then slowly bend your wrist upward and hold for 5 seconds. Then slowly bend your wrist back down to the original position. Repeat 10 times.</li>
<li>Turn your palm down, make a fist, then slowly bend your wrist upward and hold for 5 seconds. Then slowly bend your wrist down and hold for another 5 seconds. Repeat alternating back and forth 10 times.</li>
<li>Use an object as assistance, such as a small ball, by squeezing it as tightly as possible and holding for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat alternating back and forth 10 times.</li>
