หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and important documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a secretary
  • Strong comunication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Good command of the English language
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
