- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and important documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a secretary
- Strong comunication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Good command of the English language
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
