A: Phyathai Nawamin Hospital is part of the Phyathai-Paolo hospital network, allowing insured persons to use social security rights through clinics within the Phyathai-Paolo hospital network.

 

Q: At which clinics can I use my rights?

A: You can use medical rights at the selected hospital, including network clinics of the Phyathai-Paolo group, which are:

If symptoms are severe requiring admission (Admit), such as dengue fever, patients must travel to Phyathai Nawamin Hospital for treatment according to their rights, except in severe emergencies where UCEP (emergency rights) can be used. The clinic will refer patients to Phyathai Nawamin Hospital.

A: In urgent cases such as Covid-19 infection, you can request an online doctor consultation via Telecare. You must submit the appointment request before 1:00 PM to receive examination and medication delivery on the same day. The hospital will deliver medication via Grab service, with delivery fees charged at the destination.

A: Using services at the social security department is convenient and easy to understand. The queue card system is divided into 3 colors with guiding stickers on the floor for user convenience:

  • Green: For specialist doctor consultations

A: Social security rights cover scaling, fillings, and tooth extractions with a maximum limit of 900 baht per year. Insured persons must make an appointment in advance and can receive services at the dental department.

 

Q: Can I use social security rights for flu vaccination?

A: Yes, the hospital offers special privileges for insured persons at Phyathai Nawamin Hospital as follows:

  • For insured persons under 50 years old, flu vaccination is available at the internal medicine department with a service fee of 450 baht, available until December 31, 2024.
  • For those aged 50 and above, flu vaccination is free of charge at the vaccination point in the social security department. If you have social security rights elsewhere, you can still receive vaccination at Phyathai Nawamin Hospital. Service is available until December 31, 2024.
