<li>Pregnant mothers should not wear high heels. Wearing high heels increases the risk of falls or accidents, which can be dangerous for both the mother and the fetus. As the pregnancy progresses and the belly grows, muscle tension and injuries may occur.</li>
<li>Pregnant women should not ride motorcycles because the vibrations from rough roads can cause impacts or falls from the motorcycle. Therefore, it should be strictly avoided.</li>
<li>Working night shifts does not affect the fetus but can affect the mother if she does not get enough rest.</li>
