5 preparations  When your baby goes to school
For kindergarten kids, children age from 2 to 5 years old are put on the statistic list as those who are often sick and always stop going to school for seeing a doctor as their routine. And in that case is occurred due to small children are not healthy enough, their immunities are unstable. Accordingly, when it comes to a group with many other small kids; therefore, the spread of infection is transferred at any time which this is an inevitable problem for the children. However, here are 5 diseases that parents should prepare to handle that the situations before kids start going to their school.  

 

Diarrhea

 This is the most common disease from infectious diseases; found in young children, and caused by eating or contaminated water drinking. As that reasons result in a cause of diarrhea; symptoms are similar to a cold. However, 
usually the symptoms are not severe, but in that case, children must be dehydrated and medical attention is required to prevent dehydration, which can cause death. Therefore,  when your children have diarrhea, providing enough water or mineral water to keep their bodies away from fatigue.

 

Influenza

 Influenza is caused by breathing; which the air is filled with virus and bacteria. Including, secretion such as mucus, saliva, sputum or sharing objects with patients. However, this disease can infect to the body and stay for a whole year. Especially, in children whose bodies have no ability to fight against all diseases. And for that reason getting to crowded places also cause a chance for the infection.

 

 

 

 The statistic in 2016 showed the information of people who were infected by influenza with a high number as one hundred thousand of people who got the infection. And people who are mostly found infected by the disease is children under the age of 4. Symptoms are nasal congestion, runny nose, coughing, soreness, weakness, nausea and vomiting. But mostly they are not severe. And can be healed within 5-7 days. However, influenza can cause serious complications such as pneumonia, myocarditis, hepatitis, arthritis, fatigue, rapid breathing and even death.

 

Chickenpox 

  An infection can be associated with coughing and sneezing or touching and sharing objects with patients. After being infected the incubation period is 2-3 weeks symptoms will start showing: Rashes on the body and face, a low fever,  fatigue, and  anorexia.  After that, the rash will become an itchy blister, and about 2-4 days later, the blister will be a scab. If not taking a good care such as scratching the blisters. This may become permanent scars. Accordingly, soap must be used to clean the scar area regularly including hand washing. And not sharing some personal objects with sick children.

Hand-Foot-Mouth disease

   Symptoms of this disease may be similar to chicken pox: fever, fatigue, and anorexia; the noticeable symptom is having a rash on the hands, feet, and mouth. However, from the red spot may turn into a blister later, but not itchy. On the other hand in case of chickenpox; rash is present along with fever in 1-2 days. Which help distinguishing between the two diseases blisters will disappear within 10 days and fever will disappear within 3-4 days.  On the contrary, only some may have severe complications: a headache, severe seizures, weakness or asthma. This disease caused by the virus from sneezing or coughing. Accordingly,  we can only protect ourselves from the disease by washing hands and avoid sharing personal stuff with patients

 

Conjunctivitis

 
Another infectious disease in children contacted by using the same stuff with patients or touching a fly and patients.   Many people may overlook and perceive the disease as a harmless. But the fact, if symptoms are not treated may cause blindness. As a result, conjunctivitis is often spread in crowded areas: school, swimming pools. When children are infected; in the morning gunk around the eyes can be occurred. Including tears and inflammation. The virus will make the eyelid inside swollen and red.  For that reason, symptoms may appear around 4-7 days, then gradually disappear. Accordingly, avoid the infection by washing hands and not being close to patients.  

 

 

   In conclusion, parents should indoctrinate children about hygiene to prevent them from contagious diseases at school including blocking the sickness from them to their friends as well. Accordingly, this may reduce a chance of transmission among children both in kindergarten and primary school.
