
Delayed recovery of chronic wound is a signal of body problem which does not only indicate the chronic disease, such as diabetes, but also refers to cancer. However, if you frequently have this issue, then should be aware of it.
Observation of Cancer from the chronic wounds
1. Oral chronic wounds in the oral cavity and tongue might refer to “oral cancer”
Initial symptoms >> Having lesion being similar to the mouth ulcer which does not disappear within 2 weeks, or having a white spot under the tongue with bulging.
Risk Group>> Smoker or an alcohol drinker, people who flavor strong taste of food, neglect to take care of the oral cavity or not carefully brush their teeth including having frequent inflamed oral cavity which might cause the cancer.
Treatment method >> The primary method is surgery which considers base on each patient include size, depth and conditions that a doctor may provide a drill to the lymph nodes along with radiation treatment at once.
2. Chronic skin wounds might refer to “skin cancer”
Initial symptoms >> Having chronic wounds or rash on the face, legs, arm, sole, palm and body. The symptoms of skin cancer might be in the form of mole birthmark or skin tags which is the reason why people neglect because those wounds seem normal. However the abnormal lesion observation are as follow:

- Birthmark – It will continuously extend the size, roughly skin and uneven color including there might be bleeding or scab.

- Pink/ red blister – The skin may looks like a flake or scab, which continues to extend until breaking. At the same time, there might be some bleeding and later become the chronic lesion.
Risk group >> people who always expose to the sunlight or those of which family member are at risk of skin cancer. This includes who contact to the chemical substances for a long time or have low level of immunity, such as, HIV patient.
Treatment method >> Treatment can be done in several ways. This includes surgery, chemical healing, cancer screening, electrical treatment with skin scraping or it can be done with special surgery called “Moh’s Surgery”, the method depends on the size and the position of cancer.
