- Train your children to help themselves based on age standard such as knowing how to use a spoon for eating; at first, due to a weakness of their muscles food maybe stain everywhere but after that when they get stronger the kids will be able to use it and if parent worries about being stained just so you know that this is a sign of opening them a change to learn about self-help skill.
