Although the structure, physical readiness, and lifestyle of each person are different, taking care of and building good health is not too difficult if you get to know All You Can Fits

All You Can Fits…Your Health Assistant

All You Can Fits is a health care program that helps check the potential and deficiencies in various parts of the body through a health risk assessment program to understand your limitations or potential. It uses the skills of a new generation of physical therapists with over 10 years of experience who understand the lifestyle of active people. They look at overall health from a preventive perspective and act as coaches to help adjust, prevent, and close the risk of injuries that may occur in the future by training exercise methods to prepare both physical and mental health according to individual lifestyles to solve problems precisely.

Direct Experience from Program Participants

“I usually have frequent aches and pains, mostly back pain and muscle pain. I used to regularly do aerobic exercise but still had pain. Then I talked to a friend who recommended a health program that checks if our body structure and muscles are appropriate. So, I was invited to test my physical fitness to see how it was.” After testing, it was found that the muscles were quite strong but had no flexibility at all, which could easily cause injury. The physical therapist recommended exercise postures and adjusted my standing posture to be better for my body structure and told me to do it at home. After doing it, I felt better. Joining this program made me more aware, for example, about standing. I tend to over-arch my back when standing straight, but now I remember to tighten my core a bit, which helps keep my back straighter to protect myself. After the first session, I continued following the advice at home. The program provided elastic bands for stretching exercises along with instructions for easy exercises I could do at home. When sitting idle, I would kick my legs. Because the exercises are very simple, they can be done anywhere. If I bring the equipment with me, I can do it anytime. After that, I came back for two more follow-up sessions.

My feeling after joining the All You Can Fits program is that I was “impressed because the physical therapists were fun and encouraging during the tests. They also followed up to check progress to see if there was improvement.” This program is interesting, especially for people with physical fitness issues. In my case, I am actually quite strong, and the test confirmed that, but I lack flexibility. Being strong but not flexible can easily cause injury. Sometimes we don’t realize whether our body is flexible or not. Therefore, “testing helps us know and adjust to build both strength and flexibility, reducing the chance of injury. This program is very interesting for health enthusiasts.”
