What services does Phyathai 3 TELECARE offer?

Phyathai 3 TELECARE provides medical consultation services via Real-Time Video Call through the TELECARE system, home blood draw services, and medication delivery services. Service users can access Phyathai 3 services from anywhere, easily, conveniently, and time-saving with reasonable fees, just like receiving services at the hospital.

 

The medical advice and services provided are limited to the information received from the service user but do not constitute a medical diagnosis and cannot be provided in emergency cases requiring urgent medical treatment.

 

*Phyathai 3 TELECARE is available from May 21, 2020, every day from 08:00 – 17:00.

Phyathai 3 TELECARE is happy to provide consultations to everyone and is not limited to those who have previously received treatment at Phyathai 3.

Steps to receive VDO Call consultation through Phyathai 3 TELECARE

  2. Read the terms and click the Accept button to receive the service
  3. Fill in the information, accept the terms, and click the Start Chat button
  4. Prepare your ID card and click the Confirm button to receive the service
  5. Click the ALLOW button to enable the camera and microphone
  6. VDO Call with a nurse for initial assessment (free of charge)
  7. VDO Call consultation with a doctor (charges apply)
  8. Summary of charges and payment

If you want to consult a doctor but are not ready for a Video Call now, you can make an appointment in advance by calling 02-467-1111 ext. 3217 (every day from 08:00 – 15:00)

Is an appointment necessary?

Phyathai 3 TELECARE has been available since May 21, 2020.

 

You can consult a general practitioner every day from 08:00 – 17:00 without an appointment. If you want to consult a specialist, please make an appointment in advance between 08:00 – 15:00 at 02-467-1111 ext. 3217.

Information about the Phyathai 3 TELECARE medical team

The medical team providing services includes multidisciplinary specialists such as pediatricians, internists, emergency medicine doctors, anti-aging medicine doctors, etc. All doctors are selected and verified for expertise according to Phyathai 3 standards.

Can Phyathai 3 TELECARE services be claimed through insurance?

Your health insurance coverage may or may not cover the fees and expenses incurred from using TELECARE services, depending on the insurance policy of the company with which you have a health insurance contract. Therefore, please contact your insurance agent or company before using the service.
