It will cause myocardial infarction and acute heart failure.

 

5.Chronic Kidney Disease

 

Most people who suffer from hypertension, diabetes or dyslipidemia usually have chronic kidney disease as well. Because the kidney needs to process or work harder which kidney deterioration comes faster than those who are physically healthy. And if the kidneys are unable to excrete the body waste. Those are toxins causing a heart dysfunction. Therefore, slowing down the kidney degeneration is crucial. However, besides a medical treatment food control, quit smoking and alcohol including doing exercise can prevent the kidneys from working hard.
