10 Behaviors That Risk You to Infertility

 

 

It is true that many women avoid having children but as we all know pregnancy could be unpredictable. Many people might not plan for a wedding. However, what we need to be aware of some behaviours that could cause infertility, for that reason,  these following behaviour are one of factors that lead us to such a condition.

 

1. Alcohol Drinking

 

Drinking too much beer or wine impacts your pregnancy by 50 percent. Some girls love partying and drinking many glasses of alcohol. However, what we should know is that 1 glass of alcohol is equal to 120 ml of wine.

 

2. Smoking

 

Woman who smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day could be infertile, a chance is  3 times higher than non-smoker. The cigarette comprises of toxins that are harmful to the body. It also reduces the efficiency of the uterus. Apart from that, it also causes early menopause in woman including early bone deterioration.  

 

3. Age

 

The more change of hormone the more change of body structure . Woman aged over 30 have high chance for the infertility. Besides, it also risks her to abdominal  disorders including, down’s syndrome,liver disease,enlarged spleen and cheiloschisis.

 

4. Stress

 

The stress can impact your mental state which later leads to infertility as reproductive hormone  is disturbed which stops ovulation process. Moreover, it also make fertilized egg hard to be embedded in the uterus.

 

5. Eating Junk Food

 

Eating the same menu could lead you to nutrient deficiency which also impact your ability to get pregnant. Thus, you should select various menus appropriately especially fruit and vegetable.  

 

6. Overweight

 

People may not know that weight can affect a chance for having a baby. Having high body weight or low body weight both can affect the body and lead to infertility including miscarriage. Study said woman with low body weight more likely to wait or take 4 times longer than those with standard body weight to get pregnant while those having overweight body takes two time longer to be pregnant.

 

7. Drinking More Than 2 Glasses of Coffee

 

The body receives caffeine about 300 milligrams per day is equal to 3 cups of coffee. It causes the risk for infertility as the caffeine slows down a chance of pregnancy which decreases the chance by 26 percent.

 

8. Drinking Soft Drink

 

The soft drink contains a lot of sugar which causes you to be overweight.

 

9. Rare Exercise

 

To have good health you must start by exercising. If your health is not healthy means a chance or possibility of pregnancy is quite low. In addition, the exercise does not only burn fat in the body, but also stimulates the reproductive system, heart system together with high energy effectively.

 

10. The Body Contains High Level of Chemical Substances

 

The chemical from cosmetics or even when you inhale everyday including foods you have might be contaminated and  contain lead or zinc chemical substances. Both will finally lead to ovary malfunction that affect the function of reproductive cells.

 

Therefore, preparing the body by being away from these triggered actions to be safe from all difficulties in pregnancy in the future.
