1. Drink at least glasses of water a day. Drinking water will make you feel fresh and also reduce nicotine out off a body. We should start drinking water since in the morning, after every meal and while having meals.

2. Set targets and be ready to quit smoking, then plan a schedule for smoking cessation. Determine precisely a date to stop smoking which may choose to do on public holidays such as, special religious day, your own special day, family day or national important day and select a date which is the nearest coming.

3. As soon as finish having a meal, try to immediately leave a table. The reason is the people who used to smoke habitually always do smoking right after their dishes. Therefore after finishing meal, a person should leave a table as soon as possible. Then find some creative activity or hobby to do continuously in order to entertain your mood and forget about smoking.

4. Leave cigarettes and ashtrays as many as you can, how many of them you have clean them out of your sight. If you are going to quit, you have to really deal with it. Avoid drinking coffee or cola including any type of drink which stimulate or sedate a brain system such as tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages etc., You should be avoided as it will cause you to be jittery. 10. Do not take any medication before consulting a doctor during  5-day period of cessation in order not to have a nerve damaged. According to quitting smoking, you must try to maintain a stable level of emotion and mental stability.


11. Do not postpone yourself because many people tell themselves as one last time then do a rolling again. Or even you tell yourself that tomorrow I will stop doing it over. However, it will always be this way until cause you to give up on your mission. So, please stick with a plan.


12. We suggest you to buy vitamin for nerve care. Which can help nourishing a brain after being controlled or damaged by nicotine. You may take them  as a form of calcium or tablets. Moreover, you may eat wheat germ for 1-2 tablespoons, and for another option is to mix it with fresh milk.

13. Keep yourself away from old surroundings, try to avoid sitting in the same place you used to be that may cause you to think about smoking again. Change a new place or going for a walk. This way, may provide you a good result.

14. During this time you quit smoking you may need some supports which encourage you to quit it and it is the most important thing you have to do. By the way, you may find things to hold on  your confidence as praying, praying so that  you can be able to hit the goal.

15. However , do not forget to take care of your body weight as  many people who try to stop smoking and turn to eating  cause their weights increase 5-10 kg within 3-5 months. If you want to quit smoking and maintain good health, you must control a desire. Taking fruit, for fruit selection should be low-calorie types such as papaya, apple, watermelon, pineapple and prune . Moreover, should mainly have vegetables as acacia, collards, turnips, Ipomoea aquatic and carrots.

16. Do not give up, if you want  to quit it, then you can do it. Do not let any chance persuades  you again no matter what those things are as friends persuading you can deny that you do not smoke anymore. And make the goal that you set out to quit. Please do not care what your friends will say.

17. Always keep yourself always from smoking ,always remember that you quit smoking for whom ;for your own good health, your loved ones or quit smoking because you will have a lot of money.
