Nobody wants to meet the menopause, but when time is passed, everyone has to experience it. Here are some information for you to handle the situation.

 

Menopause

 Menopause refers to women who are stepping to menopause, which begins at the age of 45 to 55 as we call  “middle-aged” However, according to the law of nature during the ages is the time when the ovary stop functioning and produces less hormones, resulting in various symptoms. For example,  having a heat, sweating at night, vaginal dryness and feeling pain while doing an intercourse, frequent urination with a disability of holding, sleeping difficulty,  stress, depression with no case, weight gaining, and wrinkle. Lastly, symptoms that will be seen after reaching menopause several years are of menopause, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease. The symptoms are based on an individual.

 

Balancing hormone for menopause 

In general, the level of hormone balance begins to change when people reach the age, more than 25. When the balance is depleted then it may cause some disorders. However, hormone measurement can reduce the risk of premature symptoms such as  cervical cancer, osteoporosis, coronal heart disease, hypertension, obesity and other diseases that may be followed after.
